  • Ensure that all submitted content does not violate any intellectual property rights.

Project timelines may be affected if required information is delayed.

4. Payments

  • Projects may require an advance payment before work begins.
  • Remaining payments shall follow agreed milestones or invoices.
  • Delayed payments may result in temporary suspension of services.
  • Taxes, including GST where applicable, are the client's responsibility.
  • Additional work beyond the approved scope will be billed separately.

5. Project Revisions

Reasonable revisions are included according to the agreed project scope.

Requests for significant changes after approval may be treated as additional work and billed accordingly.

6. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment:

  • Ownership of the final approved project is transferred to the client.
  • Third-party software, themes, plugins, APIs, fonts, and licensed assets remain the property of their respective owners.
  • OneisOK Digital Solution reserves the right to display completed projects in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

7. Project Cancellation & Refunds

  • Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing.
  • Payments for completed work are non-refundable.
  • Any work completed before cancellation may be invoiced accordingly.

8. Third-Party Services

Our services may involve third-party providers such as:

  • Domain Registrars
  • Hosting Providers
  • Payment Gateways
  • Cloud Platforms
  • Email Services
  • External APIs

OneisOK Digital Solution is not responsible for interruptions, failures, or losses resulting from third-party services.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OneisOK Digital Solution shall not be liable for:

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kolkata, West Bengal.
