1. Introduction

3. User Responsibilities

By using our services, you agree:

  • To provide necessary project materials on time.
  • To review and approve deliverables within agreed timelines.

4. Payments & Billing

  • All payments must be made as per agreed invoices or proposals.
  • Projects may require advance payments before work begins.
  • Delayed payments may result in suspension of services.
  • Additional revisions or extra work outside the agreed scope may incur additional charges.
  • Taxes including GST will be charged wherever applicable.

5. Revisions & Modifications

We provide revisions according to the selected package or agreement. Major design or functional changes outside the approved scope may require additional charges.

Once final approval is provided or the project goes live, future changes may be treated as paid maintenance or support services.

6. Intellectual Property

  • Clients retain ownership of their final paid project deliverables.
  • Any third-party tools, plugins, themes, APIs, or software remain the property of their respective owners.
  • We reserve the right to showcase completed projects in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

7. Project Cancellation

  • Clients may request cancellation before work has substantially started.
  • Once development, marketing, or production work has begun, payments already made may become non-refundable.
  • Any completed work up to the cancellation date may be chargeable.

8. Hosting, Security & Third-Party Services

Clients are responsible for:

  • Domain registration renewals
  • Hosting renewals
  • Third-party subscriptions
  • API or software licensing fees

While we implement security best practices, we do not guarantee that websites or applications will remain free from hacking, malware, downtime, or third-party failures.

9. Limitation of Liability

Oneisok shall not be held liable for:

  • Business losses
  • Revenue loss
  • Data loss
  • Indirect or consequential damages
  • Delays caused by third-party providers
  • Search engine ranking fluctuations
  • Cyberattacks or unauthorized access

All services are provided on a “best effort” basis.
